Jacob Jon Lannigan age 29, USAF.

Passed away at home in Anchorage Alaska. Jacob was born in Fridley, Minnesota.

He enlisted in the United States Air Force in April 2004. Staff Sergeant Lannigan worked as an F-22 Dedicated Crew Chief at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Nevada; Tyndall AFB, Florida and Kunsan AB, Rok. His next assignment was to the 90th aircraft maintenance unit 3rd aircraft maintenance squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richarson, Alaska. Jacob loved to work with his hands and was a very skilled mechanic.

He is survived by his wife, Cyrene, and their daughter Sydney Lannigan. His father, James Lannigan. Mother, Debra Marz, Step father, Allen Marz. Brothers, Jason Lannigan and Jesse Marz. Grand mother, Gloria Bernard. Many more loved relatives. He is preceded in death by his grandfather John Thomas Lannigan. Great grandmother, Gladys Metro.

Funeral Service 12:30 PM Tuesday, March 12, at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, 831-40th Ave NE, with visitation starting at 10:00AM.

Interment will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
